Screw Warner bros. This movie was good and is what’s missing in the realm of animated films. No matter who you are at some point you’ve seen looney tunes, you’ve heard the voice of Mel Blanc, its a part of animation history and deserves to be remembered.

I think I get it now.

The cultural impact this film had is relevant even today and inspired and drew creativity into so many works of art and media, from music to movies, from mangas/anime and video games. I will never not love seeing an Akira slide reference!

“I’m asexual, but that girls making me hella horny”

You know Adam Sandler said if Uncut Gems didn’t win an Oscar he would make the worst movie ever, but then he made this masterpiece. This movie is just so quotable from
“Rocky Balboa style” to “BURN HIM” and “When I was your age I made some huge boners”. Like it’s just dumb and entertaining, with an insane cast, and honestly a twist that’s pretty damn surprising.

    Insert “He’s literally me” joke

I liked this, I get why it’s something that gets talked about and has had influence on things like Hotline Miami. It’s very cinematic and aesthetically pleasing movie. I honestly don’t mind the lack of dialogue, I think it helps make Ryan Gosling’s character stand out years later. I was really surprised by the action in this, the motel and elevator scene left me with my mouth agape. Overall it’s good but I don’t see myself…
