  Honestly a WILD G rated movie - there’s blood/violence, murder, animal abuse, alcohol, smoking, etc. They really got away with a lot more back then, huh?

  Also the animal behavior made no sense at times. A silverback gorilla can’t defeat a leopard? Gimme a break. Hippos are nice and friendly?? No way, José. Tantor the elephant wouldn’t treat Tarzan like a cute little puppy? Of course he would. 

  Don’t even start me started on Jane and Tarzan lol

  But it was a really nice movie about family and belonging and understanding. Some good songs by Phil Collins.
