  This is probably my fourth time watching this movie. Don't go into it expecting a bl romance, bc it's not. It is based on a manga that the author described as a shoujo with gay characters, not a bl. That being said, I like it so much. It's so charmingly weird. It's hard turning an originally episodical story into a movie, but I think it mostly works here.

  Good movie, had a great time watching it, but I thought some of the musical numbers (especially Defying Gravity) were milked a bit too much. That soured the ending a bit for me.
