  Just one word: WTF
  I started the film without understanding anything and ended knowing even less.

  The only sane or normal characters were Natsume's father and Ohtomo to a certain extent.

  Despite this, I still liked the cinematography, like the scenes and the landscape, but otherwise the only thing that saves it is the soundtrack.

  I cried during the fire festival parts even though I thought it was perhaps poorly addressed/used in the film. I don't even know how to explain it.

  In conclusion: everyone needs therapy urgently!!
