  Xenia follows two Albanian brothers searching for their dad, trying to earn Greek citizenship, and find their way to a singing competition. Not only is this movie weird but it touches on some heavy hitting issues that are prominent in Greece. The discrimination against non-Greeks in the country as well as the fascist movements to “keep Greece for Greeks” show up a bit in the movie as the brothers deal with their displacement. 

  Overall the movie was fast paced and entertaining with a few confusing parts. It definitely fits into the “Greek Weird wave” with its eccentric style and directorial choices
