Look, I'm the first to overanalyze plots and criticize weak writing. I'm also trash when it comes to visually stunning movies. Is the plot in this all kind of basic? Yes. Did my eyes roll to the back of my head at some of the story choices they made? So many times. Did I still have a great time watching Avatar: The Way of Water? Hell yeah.
