This is actually one of the better Stephen King adaptations that's come out. The director is always reliable, he's never made a movie that I didn't enjoy immensely. This one is no one's exception; it is both disturbingly graphic and gory and hilariously. Funny and dark. Perkins really captures the comic and dark essence of this story. I definitely recommend it to horror fans and Stephen King fans.

I put off watching this movie for a long time. When they added it to Hulu. I finally decided to catch up on it, and I'm so glad I did. Best movies of 2024. The main actors are incredible and I hope that they receive some sort of award nominations for their performances. The story is wonderful and emotional and very moving. I definitely recommend this movie if you like quirky dramas or movies about relationships.

One of the best movies of the year. Robert eggers has outdone himself once again. Everything from the cinematography to the acting to the interpretation of the story is all on point. Lily Rose Depp delivers a fantastic performance. I can't wait to see her in other films. Bill Skarsgard delivers one of the best performances of the year as count orlock. If anything, the movie is worth seeing just for his fantastic performance. I can't wait to see what eggers has next for us and I consider this not just one of the best horror films, but one of the best films overall of 2024.

Words cannot express how much I enjoyed this movie. Margaret, Qualley and Demi Moore are both incredible in their roles. The director creates a unique atmosphere that really ratchets up the tension as the movie progresses. The body horror aspect is really quite striking and reminds me of David cronenberg. This is definitely one of if not the best movie of the year and definitely a must watch for anybody who likes horror or comedy or anything in between.
