  This easily redeemed so much of what Kiarostami was doing in the movies of his I’ve seen and didn’t connect with. This movie even redeems the five minutes of a dude walking down stairs in Taste of Cherry by having this movie’s dude walk up the stairs in an intimate scene that felt like it builds anticipation.
