I curious how the director convinces those people to play in that.. but I like the idea of it. The father is undoubtedly the representation of an authoritarian state. He scared the kids w his imaginary enemies, which these behaviors are criticism of right-wing and nation-state. Literally makes them dependent on himself, preventing them from regaining consciousness. Even as she runs away from home, she chooses the path that power has given her.
