  Man, this hits home for me.

  I remember being a young child, having to wait for my grandma to watch the news in order for me to watch power rangers. 

  Watching the news was dreadful for this young child.

  HOWEVER

  When Walter Mercado came on. I was fucking mesmerized man. Walter was this enigmatic personality that was larger than life.

  If you grew up watching Walter this will nostalgic. If not, you’ll be mesmerized just as I was as a child.

  WOW!!

  I don’t think I’ve ever seen a film which tackles racism with such tenacity & simplicity.

  Sembène does an amazing job depicting Racism, White Fragility and the Alienation that immigrants often go through

  10/10 recommend!!
