I Am Cuba 1964
Never in your entire live’s life will you see a movie more impressively shot than this. I Am Cuba is blatant Communist propaganda and as someone who considers themselves a socialist with communist interests, I am still not surprised that it managed to be as groundbreaking and forward thinking as the Cuban revolution was of the late 50s. Fidel and his revolutionaries can be felt all over this movie, yes. But the people, and most importantly, the soul of Cuba, is here prominently.
