I can’t believe I’d never heard of this movie before! If you’ve got two hours to spare, trust me, it’s worth every minute. I stumbled across it while scrolling through Netflix, expecting just a simple comedy without really reading the description. But it turned out to be so much more! There were twists and surprises that kept me hooked from start to finish. Just when I thought I had it figured out, the movie threw another curveball. The acting was top-notch, the direction was brilliant, and the writing was both sharp and hilarious. Definitely take some time to watch this one!

This has quickly become my favorite DreamWorks film. I haven't cried this much during a movie since Interstellar. It beautifully weaves together themes of motherhood, self-discovery, finding true family, embracing who you are, and the journey of growing up.

I am already looking forward to rewatching this film and would highly recommend it to any and all ages.
