Okay, this doc unexpectedly became one of my comfort watches in 2024–I find Julia Enders’ voice so soothing?—as well as the reason I’ve been proselytizing to my friends and family about fiber for months 😅. (And now add a tablespoon of chia seeds to my breakfast smoothie every morning.)
in all honestly, if you’re at all interested in biological science or health, you’ll probably appreciate this somewhat light-hearted and definitely engaging / accessible approach to gut health. I (and my gut) am glad I stumbled across it!
