  Overrated.
  The mile-a-minute dialogue is not witty or funny, just boring conversations said as fast as possible - probably to fool the watcher into thinking it's more exciting than it is. Grant's character is never shown to have any redeeming qualities; he lies, cheats, steals, plants counterfeit money on innocent people and is simply mean. But for some insane reason Russell's character suddenly realises that his horrible actions must mean he still loves her and she leaps back into his sleazy arms.
  What trash!
