  Really beautiful. Wells has this amazing talent at making the film feel arty without reading like the same shite I’d seen over and over again at Arts University. Subtle nods to the 90s without feeling overdone: great styling, documentary style video cam footage and a really, really gorgeous soundtrack. 

  Intimate, nostalgic, and melancholic to the point where I felt aching, yearning and emptiness for the daughter and father; completely engulfed with emotion and longing for both characters. 

  Absolutely delicious watching Paul for 1.5hr but the ugly crying typecast needs to end now pls x
