  and then there’s peter. fucking narcissistic peter who was flirting with another girl just to make her jealous. peter who is not even hot.

  i like the ending more than the rest of the episode. i didn’t like how beaten over the head we are with the message. zero subtlety and it was very predictable as to how it works out for her. it gave me the vibes of highschool popularity movies where they have to vote prom king or queen and everyone who is popular is an asshole who will side with the other assholes and everyone who is trying to be popular is so fake. the brother and truck driver are the only authentic people in this episode

  ngl i found it a little boring… i think this show has a better tone with unhappy endings. like i’m glad it ended well and it was heartwarming but the last few eps i’ve watched have broken me in a good way whereas this just made me a little bored
