Detective Conan: Captured in Her Eyes 2000
Probably one of the top 3 of the franchise.
The romance is everywhere in this movie, the act of romance as an act of cinema, of storytelling, not romance as art genre, though it exists as well.
I think Conan is one of the Jazziest animes in the history of anime, the creation of the characters and their development is mature and pertinent.
Another great exemple of how you can be mainstream and interesting as the same time.
