I’m baffled that this masterpiece was even made. The travel, the narrative, the budget, the absolute astonishing characters, the cinematography. This isn’t a movie; this is life.

Funny, until it’s not. Super cool to see Brisbane streets and surrounds in a film. Even cooler to be in a cinema with the cast and crew watching the cast and crew in a cinema.

Special effects makeup and stunts all a bit questionable, but I’m sort of into it. Shawn of the dead meet Mr and Mrs Jones, except it’s foreign film. A few good shots, a few “was this actually shot in the corner of a kitchen” shots. Predictable but also a bit wtf ok then. Interesting transitions. I’d recommend on a first date if you want to come off as slightly cultured, have a humorous side, but who also enjoys cuddling through the gore.
