  I wanted to like it, I wanted to like it SO MUCH. R Patz was phenomenal, but there were other performances that weren’t as strong and I didn’t find the chemistry between Ackie and Patz very strong. At the end of the day, it tried to do too much. And I got bored. I could’ve honestly left the cinema.

  Daf James’s writing is next-level, and this feels like a stepping stone to a very successful national-level career. More than that, incredible performances that feel candid and raw, topped with an incredibly touching story that doesn’t shy away from almost anything, makes this a really special watch. Get the tissues out though.
