Had to watch this for a class.
It was pretty good. Loved the modern looking graphics, and definitely agree with the sentiments voiced in the film. Especially since 10 years on, it’s still extremely relevant, if not more.

Josee, the Tiger and the Fish 2020

Absolutely stunning movie. I was so enchanted and captivated by the aesthetics and attention to detail that I had to rewind the movie a couple of times cause I wasn’t paying enough attention to what was happening during some of the dialogue scenes.
They also absolutely nailed the ending. If I could complain about one thing about my other highly rated anime movie, A Silent Voice, is that the ending wasn’t as conclusive or as satisfying as this movie was.
Overall great movie, but didn’t emotionally destroy me, so you won’t get the 5 stars from me.
