  i honestly didn’t like this movie as much as i thought i would. even with mikey madison’s amazing performance and the hilarious home invasion scene, the rest of it was kind of a drag. they want us to be understanding towards ani despite her profession, but the film was too male gaze-ish for all the points addressed to feel like they were properly drawn out.
