  It was so much better than I expected it to be, what a lovely movie. The flaws are overshadowed by the great, badass narration and inspiring characters, so I'm satisfied. The actors were fun, and entertaining to watch.

  Honestly had so much fun, this movie is definitely enjoyable even if you don't particularly believe in the 'true' part of the story. That kid actor absolutely nailed it, don't get me started on Russell Crowe. Wouldn't really say it was horror tho. Worth a watch!

  Was it violent? Enjoyably so. Was it night? It sure was. Goddamn perfect.

  Look, the scene with the attic stairs was a masterpiece, the only other psychopath in the crowd and I were laughing our asses off. That was when my (gore-tolerating doctor) best friend turned to me, shocked that I was laughing at such violence, and told me she realised why the movie was rated R.
