Coraline 2009
scared the living daylight out of me as a kid. but after like 10 rewatches, i admittedly focus less on the creepy doll thing and more on how beautiful the animation is. every time i watch it though, the storytelling is still chilling and keeps me intrigued from start to end. laika's adaptation of coraline definitely does do justice to the original novel.
