this one really surprised me. this is an incredible film and adaptation. also cosmic horror done so, so right. where has this film been my whole life?

Bottoms 2023
finally watched this. lots to love about it, the needle drops are perfect, love the casting. felt kind of pandering like it wants to be soooo campy. some of the plot points felt contrived. but also it kinda works, in a "what the fuck is this movieeee lol" type of way.
i like that it feels like movies used to feel in the 90s and 2000s. no pretenses just dumb fun. 3/5
