I have never been a fan of musicals and have found the ones I watched to be corny and annoying, but I actually loved this movie and I think it was due to the stunning visuals. A Real Pain 2024
As a chronically anxious and neurotic person who’s still open adventure, and both attracted to/frustrated by people like Benji, I relate heavily to David’s character.
Both Jesse and Keiran played their characters flawlessly (because they’re great actors) but also because they seem to be somewhat of an extension of their true selves (just my assumption based on interviews I’ve seen of them).
The story is simple but moving, and is the perfect setting for the drama that ensues between these two clashing personalities.Translated from by
