  Want to give it 4 but I think usually I’m so intrigued by a film’s ideas that I usually want to learn more, but this was so convoluted that I’m not sure I’m interested in more 

  I definitely enjoy other PTA films more with similar themes and messaging

  Great final shot though

  It’s one of those movies where there’s nothing wrong with it but I just wasn’t in love with it 

  The guy who had the concussion was hilarious and Yura / Mikey were amazing

  There’s always so much discussion about how some movies wouldn’t work without the actors but I don’t know that that’s inherently a valid criticism because movies like Sean Baker’s are about humanity and they’re at heart character studies

  Just wasn’t my favorite of his, I prefer the Florida Project overall but this one still struck a chord
