August Underground's Penance 2007
not going to lie, i did watch the movies out of order, though it really doesn't make a difference.
this one was a bit more intense than the first film.why was there rape involved? i have no idea.
also a lot of strangling and "I HATE YOU!" in this movie.i don't know how to properly describe what i watched, it's just a dumpster fire and a decaying psychotic relationship, if i could even call it that.

this movie reminds me of this one particular summer night. i was laying down in bed, no lights on in my bedroom other than the light coming from the tv, the a/c was on blast, i had just gotten out of the shower. i decided to rewatch this film for the tenth time. i fell asleep while watching it. best sleep of my life, i reminisce about it all the time, yearning for another chance to sleep as good as i did that night.thank you rob zombie.
