So satirical and ridiculous I definitely laughed at things I wasn’t supposed to. Yucky, uncomfortable and exhilarating. Reminds me I hate men and I hate Hollywood. Very black mirror-esque.

The Outrun 2024
The sounds of this film were hypnotic. From the ceaseless humming of sirens and traffic in London, to the orchestra of howling wind and crashing waves in the Orckney Islands, the sounds shadowed the narrative of regression and recovery. I loved the bobbing seals, the ancient lore and the thumping techno music. Maybe I need to move to a remote island and start cold water swimming.
