Detroit 2017

This movie gave me chills, the shot of the little girl in the window being blasted because they thought she was a sniper froze me to the core. Then the annex scene of the reenactment of police brutality, it feels like every scene out does its self. I haven't seen anyone talking about this film and I really think everyone should watch this at least once, because it's one of the most spinechilling movies I've watched not because of horror but because of realism.

Never Let Me Go 2010

I can confidently say this was not only one of the best forgotten movies i have ever seen but i truly believe that this film is one of the most heart wrenching pieces of media i’ve ever endured, the characters are easy to relate too, and the plot creates the idea that the time we share with those we love is precious and not to be taken for granted, that it isn’t about how much can be done to live…

Midsommar 2019

i enjoyed this movie, and i truly believe the more times i watch it the more i’ll find to enjoy but as a first watch it was strange and intriguing and a little heart breaking, the story of Dani being that of rebirth. Although she witnessed great horrors she also found a place where she felt she could be supported and loved, and as she watches her isolation burn in the form of Christian we see her release.
