The kiddo asked to see it so I obliged. Not as bad as I thought it would be, that being said it was fine.
I don’t know if Gal Gadot was attempting camp but she missed the mark completely. Her costumes looked like they were made of prom dresses and cheap jewelry. The only thing worse than her acting was her singing.
Rachel Zegler was lovely. It was cute enough for a kids movie. Watching it once was enough.
This is a movie you’d watch cause it was on a random cable channel and you thought “eh, why not?”
It’s Pointe Break but with gear heads. That being said, I do enjoy it. It’s fun.
I walked out of the theater after the rape scene and proceeded to have a panic attack. There is literally no reason to have graphic prolonged sexual assault scenes in movies and you can’t change my mind.
If I had a nickel for every time Callum Turner did a movie with Imogene Poots where he has badly bleached hair, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice.
