  Florence carried this entire film, but couldn't make up for the fact that harry styles' acting performance was the worst I have seen in a while.
  Production design was on point and the cinematography did do it's job in making us feel uncomfortable in this beautiful environment.
  But ultimately this felt like a weird remake of The Truman Show while trying to be feminist and failing in that.

  Also: the red guards reminded me weirdly enough of a mix between Oempa Loempas from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Squid Game guards.

  I can't make any comments on historycal accuracy and I'm sure some things are portrayed very black and white , but it's inherently a sweet story about friendship and self improvement.
  Is Brad Pitt's accent horrible? Yes.
  Do I recommend the film? Also yes.
