  My review of the book read: “This book was freeing to read because it featured a main character so unabashedly angry about her circumstances in a way women characters usually aren't allowed. Because of this, even though I certainly didn't want to be our narrator, I was a bit envious of her. She'a acting on all her impulses and taking back her own self from society that has taken it away.”
