I Used to Be Funny 2023
Went into this movie blind and came out with my 3rd eye awoken. Some may say it was boring, but I think it was everything it had to be. The level of nuance was perfect for what the film was trying to convey. Some scenes made me genuinely sick to my stomach and the title itself makes me want vomit (positive). Never have I experienced such catharsis. Down right cynical for the double Phoebe Bridgers songs too.

It was so fun and whimsical! Did not fw the scene where the kids made out… it was a little steamy for them being 12. Also I thought Wes Anderson was a lesbian. Most disappointing google search of my life.
