zaman kaybı, aşırı tek taraflı ve nefret söylemleriyle dolu bir yapım. Türk düşmanlığı, vatan düşmanlığı hat safhada
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Matti Pellonpää's monologue is quite striking and one of the highlights of the film.
"he grits his teeth and knows the world doesn't care about him at all. he can't influence the world in any way. he counts on his fingers 1-2-3! 1-2-3! three days without food... three days he tells himself 'this can't go on like this'. but it does. three days and three nights without food! and behind that shop window pastries, bottles, cans... cans protecting dead fish, shop windows protecting cans, cops protecting shop windows, fears protecting cops... all these obstacles protecting six miserable sardines"
What a great line!
It is a very heavy and difficult movie to watch. However, after a while, it is very difficult to get out of the movie. While making a wonderful critique of capitalism, Emre touches on the political events of the period, albeit from afar. Especially the references to the year 68 are great.
In addition, the fact that there is no speech in the storytelling on the mountain, but the story is told in a very beautiful way is one of the details that makes the film unique.
