How do who names work? I’m guessing ‘who’ is just on the end of everyone’s name and so won’t be any sort of sirname or qualifier. From the names mentioned I’m guessing they work similarly to Korean names (two syllables for your personal name and a one syllable sirname) since Cindy-Lou Who’s mother’s name also ends with Lou.
