What a lovely film! (Made mum cry of course). Robin Williams is such an incredible actor, and he was really hilarious in this film, which made it a feel good film, but there’s a very sad sentiment behind it that you can’t ignore.

Watched this a few times now and it never gets old. Such a powerful and shocking film that everyone needs to watch to understand current political climate in the US. Everything is just incredibly well done from the acting (Adam Driver and John Washington), to production, and cinematography. It keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout, and always leaves me feeling moved and introspective - Spike Lee is a genius

Very powerful and poignant, with the added surprise of comedy beneath the dark themes. A kind of film that makes you reflect on humanity.
“I want to call her Bazuka!” - Jess wet herself at that.

“There’s a moment of sheer panic when… I realise Paul’s apartment overlooks the Park and is more expensive than mine.”
The dark humour, satirical take on materialism, and great costume design are some of the reasons this film is great, but the best part is Pat Bateman’s knowledge of music and silly dance moves. The twist is perfectly ambiguous, and the videography and Bale’s performance is sophisticated and slick throughout.
