  Really interesting premise with a lot of great performances! It was really fun seeing Robert Pattinson play two vastly different versions of Mickey. The minimalistic soundtrack suited the lonely, oppressive atmosphere of the colony ship. There’s a guy in a pigeon costume, and some very scrimbly alien critters too.
  The pacing felt a little off to me, though. The first 2/3rds are pretty slow and intimate, and then the final act speeds through the rest of the runtime. It was a rather jarring shift.
  Overall though, I had a good time!

  I fucking love this movie so much. Nothing about it works and that’s what makes it so beautiful. And when you’re watching it in a theater with people screaming and throwing spoons? That’s art. That’s peak cinema.

  This short does remind me of this one time someone in the theater was talking and texting a bunch, and an old man politely asked them to stop. They pushed him to the floor and stomped on his head. That was kinda crazy. I haven’t seen either of them since

  Nosferatu 2024

  This was a great watch! I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. 
  I really loved the lighting and use of color. Most of the day scenes were desaturated, but everything was visible. Meanwhile, the night scenes used vibrant blue and orange lighting sparingly, which created silhouettes of the characters. It’s a really cool contrast!
  Nosferatu himself is really funny. He’s got spindly lil leg, a silly mustauche, walks around all funny with his bony fingers outstretched…
