I don't think I've had a film experience that hit me in the way this did. Something so powerful in it, not a sad power or a happy power, but just all of it—whatever encompasses having a powerful feeling. Like the feeling of feeling itself.
And I felt all that from a film about a janitor?? Incredible.

sooo I guess what I was saying was this isn't my favorite film of all time or even the best in my opinion, but I understand exactly why this film recieves such high praise.
It is leaps and bounds ahead of it's time.
