god this movie hit me so hard my eyes hurt from crying. i bawled my eyes out when the mom started buying cowboy related stuff, seeing her slowly accept joe made my heart hurt
i definitely think this movie was a tiny bit rushed and should've been a lot longer, but nonetheless it was really beautiful.
desperately need more trans films like these!
