Such a fun movie! I loved this modern take on the classic all-American high school satire! Everything from the cast to the soundtrack is so much fun! I feel as though this is the perfect film for queer people, because the humor is very much queer humor! The cast overall was fantastic! Every character was exaggerated in just the right ways, that it created a comedic universe similar to glee! Very much enjoyable!

Shock Treatment 1981
I’m sad I never knew this film existed until now but what a gem! I love his campy and colorful it is. What a fun and interesting way to continue the story of Brad and Janet after the events of Rocky Horror. I love that the entire film takes place in a local TV Studio. They pick up right where they left off in my opinion. Adding this to the second act of the “Double Feature picture show” is so brilliant.

I went into this knowing it wouldn’t be good but I didn’t expect it to be THAT bad. It took nearly half the film to get to any killing, and for the most part created a film where the horror is active queer trauma. Again I expected it to be bad, but when I say it’s awful I mean it. There’s hardly any killing despite the advertisement, and the only truly scary thing that happens is the exploitation of queer trauma, and the confusing plot that felt like it was directed by a porn director.
