  There seems to be a wave of films about NY based women in their 30s who are struggling to navigate the cruel world of dating, I enjoy them all.

  Of course Sean Baker had something to do with this.

  Good to see what Bong Joon Ho can do with a crazy big budget. R Pats performance was great, and love to hate on Toni Collette. Also that head lock from Naomi Ackie was errrmazing.

  Social commentary, but make it fun.

  Dark. Post-war misery, it really captures the bleakness of that time. I think the scoring really added to the intensity of those few harrowing scenes (I had to cover my eyes for a second). Also who did the score, it was beautiful.
