The first part is great, bringing a slightly new dimension to cloning and it's ethical problems.
The criticism of the politics of our time is a bit too much/easy for me (climate change, Trumpism, religious extremism, inequalities), it could have been more subtle and also more aggressive.
The movie lost me when the creepers take over; I get the idea of the story to push the imperialistic endeavour (genocide of indigenous people/creatures), but it slowed the story down and I lost the connection/immersion.

I wouldn't know how to put grief into a movie without being cheesy or depressing. This movie succeeds in a surprising way.
Coming out of the cinema, I was reminded of the Babadook, which left me with a similar emotion.
Interesting choice to leave the main characters nameless.

Breathtaking! Good to see Morgan Freeman in a great role again.
