  I’ll admit the photorealism animation actually isn’t completely bland and grey in this, but personally (and ironically funny) it also breaks my immersion knowing how actual lions function and that Mufasa wasn’t immediately flatlined by Scar’s dad

  Aside from that, I can focus and ponder more on how, when, and why Mufasa and Scar were so aggressively colonized? If it was Lion Queen they would’ve called her Elizabeth no question

  Overall, meh movie with a glaring pacing issue that doesn’t…
