What if instead of Count Orloc, it was count Freakula, and instead of sucking your blood, he freaked you.
I loved the aspect ratio and black and white scenes, but even better was the consistent oppressive atmosphere with its shadows and angles. Incredibly well-shot and directed, but perhaps the script was lacking. Idk. I didn’t notice, because I just loved the vibes and cast so much. I especially enjoyed how creepy they made the vampire, like a giant, occult zombie he was.
