Waves 2019
Loved the cinematography, music, and most* of the acting. Alexa Demi’s performance could’ve been better but she essentially acquires the same role in this film as in Euphoria so it’s not entirely her fault.
This movie was quite emotionally gripping but at times I felt almost pressured by the director/producers to cry even when I didn’t desire to, but there are glimmers of moments that felt genuinely heartbreaking without shoving it in my face.
