  I walked into the cool early midnight morning of the beginning of my 28th year on this earth, exiting a movie theater. This is how I need to begin every new year of my life. Driving home through the quiet city with Anora in my head and my heart, god did it feel so lovely to be alive. 

  I wish this never ended, but its ending destroyed me. Mikey Madison absolutely deserves her Oscar with this captivating, vulnerable, firecracker performance.…

  This film accomplished its main goal, which is to bring the story of Lee Miller fully into the mainstream. I immediately went to my local library to check out books on her, where I got to see her photography for the first time. The movie isn’t perfect, but it’s very effective and moving with great performances. And now I know the name Lee Miller, for which I am better off than before.

  You could tell this movie was written by men. 
  That’s all I say on that. Also I genuinely don’t understand how we are supposed to root against Max Philips? He’s easily the most likable character in this movie.
