Seems like they desperately wanted to make a sequel but did not want to bother writing any more story so they just spent half the movie RETELLING WHAT HAPPENED IN THE ORIGINAL BUT JUST IN WORDS. The writers completely forgot how Arthur as a character works giving him completely new illnesses and just throwing away the old ones. This movie is an actual offense, I couldn’t believe that it was directed by the same people as the original. How can you do something like this to your own work?
Side note: the other half of the movie was singing.
