Lou Bloom is the embodiment of the hustle grindset imposed by Gen X and Millenials, except he’s a sociopath so he’s incredibly inept at stepping on people to climb the ranks and get what he wants. Your dad will probably make some sort of comment that “despite being technically a criminal, Lou Bloom has tremendous success because he works hard and does what no one else will.” Your dad would be wrong, and also possibly a sociopath as well.
