  Captured the commodification of neo feminism. great performances, but all show and frankly it isn’t groundbreaking. No catharsis, more an exasperated retelling of a day in the life. Ferrel was hilarious I’ll give it that. If Barbie had a pipe bomb I’d be impressed.

  alskdjal the note I wrote for this is like 5 flicks long i have GOT to reel in my thoughts.
  TLDR: the irreverence of time, of age, of being gazed upon. The pitiful obtuseness of The Audience, whether it’s the Male Gaze or Gender Police. Demi and Margaret both feverish dancers in the portrayal of self hatred and womanhood. I couldn’t look away.
