  It looks gorgeous, the songs are enjoyable, and the setting is unique. But, something is missing. There is a hollow feel to the characters and the story as a whole. The emotional moments are impacted by this, creating a sense of close-but-not-quite. Overall an enjoyable watch but not a classic.

  Good for: People who love Disney, musical numbers, and bright colors.

  Bad for: People expecting a heart-string pulling, instant Disney classic. And apparently my friend, who reacted poorly to the Disney equivalent of a jump scare.
